I will arrive to class at least 5 minutes prior to class starting with a mat, towel and water.

****I WILL NOT CALL OR TEXT ASKING FOR THE DOOR TO BE LEFT OPEN IF I’M STUCK IN TRAFFIC*****

I understand that mats are available for PURCHASE ONLY if I need a mat (no option to rent or borrow a mat)

There is a 15 hour cancellation policy to receive the class back to my account in the form of a credit.

A missed appointment that is booked using a class card will be deducted from the class package.

A missed appointment that is booked using a monthly unlimited will be charged the full $28 drop-in fee.

All clients participating at the SCULPT studio must be in good physical health with clearance from a physician to exercise.

The studio is not responsible for lost items.

I understand the nature and purpose of the Sculpt by Emily Tyson method. I am aware that any strenuous physical activity involves certain risks. I assume the risk of any and all accidents or injuries of any kind, which may be sustained by me by reason of or in connection with my participation. I release, discharge, and absolve the Sculpt by Emily Tyson studio and it's instructors from any and all liability or responsibility for any such accident or injury. This release shall be binding by clicking that I have read and agree with the terms.
